Madame Nooriah Woozeer, a marketing consultant and the Marketing Director at Primonial REIM, delivered an excellent training session for the Chinese private enterprise delegation.

Madame Nooriah Woozeer provided insights into the development of marketing in France, the trends for 2024, digital marketing, the primary challenges facing current marketing, and the corresponding strategies.

Under the coordination of the SEAECE Association and Mr. Hannes Aurbach, the Asian Regional Manager of the German Chamber of Commerce in Munich and Upper Bavaria, a delegation from the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) held a meeting with Mr. Dominic Lehamnn, the Head of Economic and Trade Cooperation in the Asian region for the German Chamber of Commerce in Munich and Upper Bavaria.

They exchanged views on industrial cooperation between Chengdu and Germany. The delegation from SASAC of Chengdu introduced the investment environment and innovation platforms in Chengdu to the Munich Chamber of Commerce, expressing the hope to deepen cooperation between Chengdu and German government agencies, chambers of commerce, and enterprises, and to promote the development of the tourism industry in both regions.

Under the organization of the SEAECE Association, from November 5th to November 10th, 2023, the Guangzhou Financing Lease Industry Alliance delegation visited financial institutions and financing lease companies in Germany and France, including the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bonn), Deloitte’s German headquarters in Dusseldorf, KNS Lease Company in Paris, Le groupe La Centrale de Financement Company in Paris, etc.

The Guangzhou Financing Leasing Industry Alliance was established in December 2013. The Alliance’s mission is to build an information exchange platform between the government and enterprises, as well as between enterprises. Its objectives include promoting national laws and regulations, disseminating government incentives, collecting and organizing the needs of Alliance member units, publishing tender projects, showcasing enterprise demand information, facilitating project connections and business cooperation, and serving as a bridge and link for enterprise alliance, with the aim of promoting the continuous growth and strengthening of financing leasing companies in Guangzhou.

During their visit, they discussed the conditions and procedures for investment companies to obtain financing lease licenses in Germany and France; European carbon reduction financial policy support, including cross-border business of carbon emission rights financing lease; the current situation of the European green financing lease industry, including innovative models, standardized products, and applications of green financing lease; significant impacts of changes in laws and policies in Germany and France on financing lease businesses, as well as factors to consider in conducting cross-border financing lease business; and shared relevant cases and experiences.

On October 16, 2023, a delegation of dentists from various clinics in China participated in the International Dental Seminar on Implantology at the University of Rome. The conference was led by two dental professors and doctors who presented the latest developments in the field of dentistry. Professor A. Pilloni introduced « Biology & Surgery of the tissues in Implantology, » while Dr. P. Simeone presented « Implant-Prosthetic Planning and Rehabilitation concepts.

The lecture examines the diagnostic and clinical criteria in patient candidates for fixed prosthetic rehabilitation with implants. Part of lecture was dedicated to the periodontal examination of the patient in which will be critical the long-term implant success. Participants received a wide overview on implant-prosthetic rehabilitation principles, in order to be able to plan and restore any clinical implant cases, with low risk of complications.

Under the organization of the SEAECE Association, the Hangzhou Xizi Elevator delegation visited German technology and industrial manufacturing companies in Europe.

Headquartered in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, XIZI UHC is a large enterprise group that spans across multiple industries, with manufacturing as the core. The businesses include elevator and elevator components, boiler, aerospace, parking system, crane, steel structure, real estate, commerce, finance agriculture and investment. Hangzhou Xizi Elevator Delegation exchanged insights with these German companies in the field of intelligent production, learning how top German manufacturing industries utilize artificial intelligence to optimize production, maximize production efficiency, and shift production methods from mass production to personalized customization.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A successful meeting between the delegation of Guangzhou Tianhe and the German-Chinese Business Network (DCW) was held successfully in Cologne this July. Led by Mr. CHEN Jianrong, the Chief Executive of Government of Tianhe District, Guangzhou, the delegation conducted a visit to Cologne, with the intention to seek international cooperation opportunities.

During the meeting, DCW and Tianhe have agreed to cooperate, and DCW will host a special presentation of Guangzhou Tianhe District for German companies in Germany.

The German-Chinese Business Network (DCW) is an important organisation that has always been committed to promoting the development of economic and trade relations between Germany and China. Founded nearly 40 years ago, the DCW has more than 350 members and its advisory board includes executives from well-known German companies such as OBI and Deichmann. The organisation is the German member of the EU-China Business Association and the official German partner of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT). As a bilateral economic promotion organisation in Germany, the organisation is willing to continue to practice its independence and public welfare, and make positive contributions to the deepening of bilateral trade and investment cooperation.

On 24th May, Mr. CHEN Jiameng, the Chief Executive of the Government of Tianhe District, Guangzhou led a visit to Netherlands. During the visit, the delegation and the Dutch Chinese Chamber of Commerce held a successful meeting to discuss about the future cooperation between the two sides to facilitate the development of Tianhe District. The Managing Director of Dutch Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Danny van den Heuvel attended the meeting. During the meeting, the delegation and one of the attending representatives from enterprises, Mr. Flexx, reached initial cooperation intention.

Guangzhou Tianhe Central Business District (Tianhe CBD) is one of the three major national central business districts in China (along with Beijing CBD and Shanghai Lujiazui CBD). Tianhe CBD is the area with the most dense skyscrapers over 300 meters in China, and also the area with the most densely populated Fortune 500 companies in Guangzhou. It is home to 13 headquarters of multinational companies, 3 headquarters of Fortune 500 companies, and 140 Fortune 500 companies. There are 184 project institutions and 20 domestic top 500 enterprises.

The Dutch Chinese Chamber of Commerce (NCHK) is a bilateral organization whose mission is to support the development of broadly understood Dutch-Chinese contacts at the level of enterprises, organizations and economic institutions in the Netherlands and China. It offers a professional consulting service to companies from the both countries and promotes the exchange of information and experiences as well as the development of relations with institutions abroad.

Recently, a delegation from Nanxun of ZheJiang visited in Samois-sur-Seine in France, the delegation is composed of four investment groups of Nanxun.

Zhe Jiang is one of the most developed provinces in China, Nan Xun is one of the oldest cities in China. The ancient city of Nan Xun is on the list of World Cultural Heritage. In Nan Xun, the infrastructures are in high performance, and the city has updated many projects to protect bridges with a hundred even a thousand years of history, and the tourism industry is also developed there.

After Chinese President XI Jinping’s visit to France in April, the Chinese government and more and more companies are attaching importance to cooperation with those of France. The two Presidents also spoke of infrastructure projects and cultural projects.

This time, the NanXun delegation met with Mr. Didier Maus, Mayor of Samois-sur-Seine, to talk about the current situation of tourism, agriculture, and urban planning in the Fontainebleau area, and conduct a visit.
